Broker Portal Upgrade

Improvements, Updates, and Next Steps on Future Releases

On July 23, a two-factor authentication process was implemented on the broker portal. This upgrade will ensure your business information is protected and secure. If you missed our latest Salesflash on the topic, please read it here.

Please refer to our February SalesCall for a list of improvements made since the launch of the secure broker portal. We will continue to improve your user experience and will share all upgrades in our monthly SalesCall eBlasts.

Annual Certifications Live in July - Reminder

Just a reminder to look out for links and codes for the 2022 Annual Certification online course. If you have questions, please work with your FMOs or with your local broker manager.

Please note, you must complete your annual certification prior to discussing 2022 plans with clients.
