Ending Individual Plan Coverage

Clients with Individual plans must take action if they want to end their coverage.

ConnectiCare members with plans purchased through Access Health CT must call Access Health CT at 855-805-4325 by the last day of the month they want their coverage to end. If they don’t notify Access Health CT by the deadline, they may end up owing the premium.

Members who have ConnectiCare SOLO and Exchange plans sold outside of the exchange can call 877-634-2401 (TTY: 711) from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, or 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday for information on how to cancel their coverage. They can also mail or fax a cancellation request. The request must include their name, policy number, and the date they want their policy canceled.

Mail to 175 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT 06032.
Attention: SOLO Enrollment or fax to 860-678-5274.

Remember, simply stopping premium payments will not cancel coverage. Members may automatically be re-enrolled if they don’t notify us, and will be responsible for their January premium.
