Vision plans for 51+ groups

Let your large-group clients know you can offer them two plan options from EyeMed with their ConnectiCare medical plans. The vision plans feature benefits for frames, lenses, contact lenses and laser vision correction. The EyeMed network includes independent providers as well as top retail providers, such as LensCrafters, Target Optical, JCPenney Optical and Pearle Vision.

Upcoming broker certification

Coming soon – Housecall email newsletter

We’re launching an email version of our Housecall newsletter for Medicare Advantage members. It will only go to members who have provided us with their email addresses and/or opted into email communications.

Renovations at ConnectiCare center in Waterbury

The ConnectiCare center in Waterbury is expanding to better serve the needs of our members, with more space for member services and events. Construction begins in May and will run through the summer.

During construction, members can visit the ConnectiCare staff at the temporary location next door in the same plaza at 835 Wolcott Street. Services will be limited during the renovation, and appointments are required. Members can call 1-877-523-6837 to make an appointment. We hope to unveil our new look in late August.
