NEW group dental plans

Ask your sales representative about new ConnectiCare dental plans, administered by DentaQuest. Here’s what we can offer your clients:

Large group: Combined medical/dental plans and stand-alone quoting available (see underwriting guidelines). We may also be able to offer a bundling discount when we quote dental with medical plans.
Small group, 2-9 enrolled employees: Can be purchased in addition to group medical insurance.
Small group, 10-50 enrolled employees: Can be purchased on a stand-alone basis or in addition to group medical insurance.

Plans cover services by both in- and out-of-network dentists.

All plans allow members to access up to $250 of their benefit if, in the previous year, they:

Received their recommended preventive dental care, and
Used less than 50% of their available annual maximum.

DentaQuest is an experienced dental benefits administrator serving millions of health plan members nationwide.

Please note, we’re not offering 2019 dental plans for small group CBIA, small group Massachusetts and any Exchange products (including SHOP and off-Exchange). We continue to include pediatric dental coverage in all plans for which it is required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

Contact your sales representative for information and a quote.

Members can visit care managers at our Manchester center

ConnectiCare members can now meet with specialists from our care management team at the ConnectiCare center in Manchester.

Members can see a nurse on Tuesdays, a social worker on Thursdays and a certified diabetes nurse educator on the second Wednesday of every month. Appointments will be available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The professionals can help to address gaps in a member’s care and guide members to health care resources. They will not provide medical care.

Please let your clients know about this new way to get support from ConnectiCare. They can call the center at 1-877-523-6837 (prompt 2) to make an appointment.

Of course, we welcome phone calls directly to our care management team if members (or caregivers) need help. The number is 1-800-829-0696. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but members can also leave messages and ask for calls back.
